Terms of Service

1. Agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or opt in to our texts. You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, take the quiz, or opt in to texts.

2. Our services and client agreements

Web Vehicle sets up and supports business systems for texting, calls, booking, reviews, websites, payments, and related automation. The website describes our services in general terms. If you become a client, your service is governed by a separate written client agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.

3. Using the website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for anything unlawful or to submit false information.
• Submit someone else’s phone number or email without their permission.
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or our systems.
• Copy, scrape, or resell the website or its content.

4. Friction Score quiz and estimates

The Friction Score, estimated savings, and suggested fixes are general estimates based on your answers and typical subscription prices. They are for information only and are not a guarantee of any savings, revenue, or result. Actual costs and results vary by business.

5. Pricing, offers, and the 14-day guarantee

• Prices on the website are in U.S. dollars and may change for new clients. Once you become a client, your monthly rate is locked as described in your client agreement.
• Plan details, minimum terms, cancellation notice, and annual payment terms are set out in the client agreement.
• Promotions and discount codes (for example, for community members) apply only as stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.
• Live in 14 days, or your first month is free. The 14 days start once we have received everything we need from you, including your logins, logo, and business hours. The guarantee covers the core system: missed-call text-back, online booking, review requests, and your inbox. Websites and custom builds are not included. If we miss the deadline, your first month’s service fee is waived. Full details are in the client agreement.

6. Text messaging program

1. Program. Web Vehicle sends text messages to people who opt in, about their Friction Score results, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up on their inquiry, and occasional business tips.
2. How you opt in. By choosing “Yes, text me” on our website, submitting a form that includes texting consent, or texting us first (for example, by scanning one of our QR codes).
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
4. Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
5. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation text, and no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.
6. Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at brenton@webvehicle.com or (417) 674-3353.
7. Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.
9. Not required. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
10. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy at webvehicle.com/privacy. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, and the Friction Score quiz belong to Web Vehicle or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Ownership of the systems we build for clients is covered in the client agreement.

8. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

9. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Web Vehicle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website, the quiz, or our texts. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or these Terms will not exceed $100. Liability for client services is governed by the client agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Web Vehicle harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms, including submitting someone else’s contact information without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Christian County, Missouri.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website or our texts after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
