6. Data we handle for our clients
When we set up and support systems for our clients, we process information about their customers (for example, names, phone numbers, messages, and appointments) on our clients’ behalf and according to their instructions. Each client controls its own customer data and is responsible for its own privacy notices and consent. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about your information.
When we work with healthcare clients and handle protected health information, we do so under a Business Associate Agreement with that client and follow its terms. Clients can export their contact and conversation data at any time.
7. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your progress in the quiz, and understand how visitors find and use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as well if you do. We may also use analytics and advertising tools, such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure visits and the results of our ads. These tools may set cookies and collect device and usage data. You can adjust ad preferences in your Google and Facebook account settings.
8. How long we keep information
We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy: for prospects, generally up to 24 months after our last contact with you; for clients, for the length of the relationship and as long afterward as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Records of texting consent and opt-outs are kept as long as needed to show compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and secure, encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
